Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any page of the viptaka 88 Platform, by completing the registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or playing any casino game, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is formed at the moment of your first access to the Platform and remains in force for the duration of your relationship with viptaka 88.

Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth.

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the time frame specified in the verification request, viptaka 88 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be returned to the original deposit source (less any winnings derived from platform use), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Account Registration

4.2 Account Security

However, the security of your Account credentials is your personal responsibility. viptaka 88 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details confidential.

You must not share your Account with any other person, allow any other individual to place bets or play games using your Account, or use another person's Account to place bets on your behalf. Any such activity constitutes a breach and may result in permanent Account closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the viptaka 88 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). viptaka 88 does not charge platform-side currency conversion fees. The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals by Players based in Bangladesh.

5.2 Deposits

5.3 Withdrawals

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from abuse recovered before Account closure is enacted.

Account Suspension and Closure

viptaka 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false or misleading registration information, or has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful conduct on the Platform.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during a verification request
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Being a Prohibited Person as defined in Article 1 (under 18, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible)
• Engaging in bonus abuse, chip dumping, arbitrage betting across multiple Accounts, or any form of coordinated cheating
• Using stolen, disputed, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account
• Making or threatening chargebacks or payment reversals without prior written notification to viptaka 88
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or data feed discrepancies to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at viptaka 88 staff or other Platform users

8.2 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting viptaka 88 support at [email protected]. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion, which will take effect immediately upon confirmation. Real-money balances held in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any outstanding wagering obligations have been resolved.

8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, viptaka 88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance, void any pending bets placed in violation of these terms, and recover any winnings derived from prohibited activity before returning any remaining real-money deposit balance. In cases of serious fraud or criminal conduct, no funds will be returned pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Amendments

Limitation of Liability

The viptaka 88 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and the accuracy of all odds, game outcomes, and account balance data, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or data inaccuracies at all times.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law

Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with any local laws applicable to online gaming activity in their place of residence.

Amendments to These Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and viptaka 88 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
